and before you know it, it’s the farewell dinner. there’s also breakfast available the next morning, for anyone still around before their departure.
you’ll fly home with a full camera roll and new friends.
each morning, the day’s itinerary hits your phone: what we’re doing, where to meet, what to wear. breakfast is included. transport to all activities is handled. and I’m around the whole time, whether you want company for everything or just a rec for the best café on your free afternoon.
a welcome gift is waiting at the hotel. i pair roommates based on preferences you share ahead of time, or you can upgrade to a private room. that evening, we kick things off with a welcome dinner together, and the trip officially begins!
you’ll book your own flight and make your way to the hotel, but you won’t be figuring it out alone.
i’ll share exactly how to get there, and if others are landing around the same time, i’ll connect you so you can share a ride.
arriving early? i often offer a few “early bird” days in a nearby city, usually wherever your layover is. these are optional, a-la-carte, and a bit more low-key than the main trip. it’s a nice way to ease in.
you’ll get everything you need well in advance: a detailed packing list, destination tips, and answers to every question you didn’t know you had.
i’ll also walk you through booking your flights and connect you with others landing around the same time.
before the trip starts, you’ll get to know everyone through the group chat.
we also hop on zoom to walk through the itinerary, share flight tips, and break the ice. by the time you board the plane, these won’t be strangers!
a 25% deposit secures your spot. then you’ll get a welcome email with everything you need to know to start getting excited.
closer to the trip, you’ll get access to the group chat, where you can start meeting your fellow travelers.

we spent 3 nights in Nashville celebrating a bachelorette with a great mix of nicer restaurants, quick eats, and plentyyyy of country music.

my best recommendations on gifts for everyone in your life…including yourself!
